We’ve always had a love for Italian food, thanks to our grandfathers Genovese roots, but a recent visit to Emilia Romagna, the ingredient capital of Italy inspired us to bring a slice of Italian deliciousness right here to the heart of the city centre.
Introducing Francie’s, Liverpool’s first Focacceria, serving delicious, freshly baked focaccia sandwiches, filled with quality Italian ingredients & accompanied by unique signature coffee & hot drinks.
Our store offers customers a warm traditional setting with a modern twist. The smell of our freshly baked focaccia bread and the laid back Italian sound track allows you to feel like you could, just possibly, be in Italy!

FRESHLY BAKED, EVERYDAY!
Our focaccia is baked fresh every single day. We ferment our dough for over 24 hours until we see those beautiful bubbles start to form.
A generous coating of Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Sea Salt & Rosemary is lovingly spread onto each tray of bread.
Then its straight into the oven and baked until golden brown, with a soft fluffy centre and a crispy top.
